We started our journey of delicious culture collisions by introducing our signature recipe Beef Boerewors made especially for customers in UK and Ireland. Now we’re taking premium pork belly, sourced from in UK and Ireland and giving it some serious welly with our sweet and sticky sprinkle which creates a delicious fruity pineapple and honey flavour glaze.

For best results, pan fry on a high heat for 20mins or oven cook at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 35-40 mins and add sauce 10 mins before end of cooking.
